Caldera performs Instrumental Post Doom Metal.
The band was formed in October 2001, in Nancy (France) by KriKri (guitar), Fly (bass), Claudio (guitar) & Kristin (drums, formerly Carn member).
Since then, Caldera released 3 demos : Bison Skull - Holy Word To Unholy Species - Caldera - extremely well acclaimed by the audience, bands, zines,&webzines reviewers.
At the same time Caldera's live performance in France, Germany, Belgium & Luxembourg showed its ability on stage (gathering with some of the greatest bands of the metal scene such as Mastodon & High on Fire and more recently with Church Of Misery).
By the way Caldera continues to explore its own audio representations and confirms its will to materialize instrumental negative riffing.
Caldera is preparing its first album to be recorded in Rec Studio Geneva by Serge Morattel in February 2007.
The night is coming, Caldera will haunt your dreams...
